Things I'm Thankful For Poem

This is a cute little poem I wrote to give students a venue to think about the things they are thankful for and a way to send something home to hang on the fridge during this time of year.  Students write the things they are thankful for in the blanks and then draw their family down below.  (Hey, did I just hear you say, "Ahhhh, cute"? Wow, this interactive stuff is getting better all the time.)  I hope you enjoy the poem and the experience of reflecting on what we are thankful for during this time and throughout the year.
